Sedona is not an Uber friendly city so our hotel suggested using Exec Rides especially for early morning or private transport to the airport. And Exec rides did not disappoint! We had an early morning hot air balloon ride that got cancelled at 4:30 am. Our pick up with Dharmesh was at 5:30 am and I reached out immediately letting him know that it was cancelled. He did not charge us cancellation fees and we made it up by hiring his service for the helicopter ride at the last minute! So they are a very reliable luxury car service in Sedona! We also really wanted to go to a restaurant and our hotel was not able to get us a reservation, so Dharmesh made a call and got us a table! That was our best meal so kudos to Dharmesh for going over and above to make our Sedona trip special! ~ Pooja D

We booked Exec Rides AZ for our team event trip to Flagstaff, and honestly, the experience was amazing. Our entire Shezenn team had a smooth and comfortable journey from start to finish. Dharmesh was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. He made sure everything was perfectly managed, and the ride felt safe and well organized. Dharmesh was honestly the MVP of our entire trip. We were a bachelorette group of 14 girls and he made everything feel effortless. The car was spotless, stocked with water, and super comfortable—but what really set him apart is that he operates like a full-service concierge, not just a driver. With maybe 8 hours notice, he helped us plan everything between Sedona and Flagstaff—got us a private room for dinner, helped us get into a club, and gave us the best recs everywhere we went. He was patient, organized, and completely on top of every detail the entire time. Managing a group our size is no joke, and he handled it seamlessly while making sure we were all having the best time. Amazing service-oriented company. I work in healthcare, my car broke down in Sedona and I had to get to an early morning shift. Tried uber and there were no cars available anywhere in the area at 8am. Called 7 different Taxi/limo companies and no one answered or was available. On the 8th call I reached Dharmesh owner of Exec Rides AZ and he was at my hotel within 10 minutes and I was able to get to work. He could not have been nicer about it. It's really a good feeling to have people and companies that truly care and want to help you when you need them most. I hope my car doesn't break down again but if it does, Dharmesh and Exec Rides will undoubtedly be my first call. ~ Greg S

As returning visitors to Sedona, we knew what we wanted. A respected local, permitted, reliable and friendly private driver in an A/C SUV at a reasonable price to escape the hustle & bustle of Tour Groups and traffic congestion allowing us to explore both the "must sees" sites plus off the beaten tracks of the Sedona area. With prompt door to door service and a clean upscale SUV that provided us a daily refuge to keep our belongings nearby, Dharmesh was refreshingly calm and intuitively provided us the space and time needed to "commune" with one of the most beautiful places on earth; we couldn't be more grateful. Dharmesh with Exec Rides AZ was so helpful and kind while assisting us with travel to and from our micro wedding location. He went above and beyond by going back to our airbnb to pick up a tote that we had forgotten at the house. He also went out to pick up sparkling cider so our girls could partake in a celebratory toast with the grown ups to assist the wedding coordinator. Not only did he do all of the above but he also returned to our Airbnb the next morning with my husbands sunglasses, that our wedding coordinator forgot she had placed in the front seat for safe keeping. My husband Bryant and I would highly recommend Exec Rides. We had our wedding in Sedona in October and working with Dharmesh was honestly the best and easiest part of the entire wedding planning process. Dharmesh followed up to our text promptly with a call, worked with us to understand our needs, offered a more than fair price and even worked with us on sorting through potential ride options for our guests. The day of we had Tim who was prompt, patient, a great driver and got us to where we needed to be on time. In addition Dharmesh stopped by the reception and our guests really enjoyed interacting with him. In hindsight, Bryant and I wished we would have also used Exec Rides for the Wine & Brewery tours that we scheduled the day after our wedding because Exec Rides offered a far superior service at a better price that would have been better for our guests. Phenomenal! If you are looking for a professional car service, this is definitely the company to select! Dharmish was professional, friendly, and went out of his way for us! He arrived early for both the pick up and return! His car was extremely clean and the air conditioning worked very well! He also played great music for us! We booked his service for a round-trip ride to the Canyon Verde Railroad. We didn't have time to get water or coffee for the Airbnb we were staying at, and, while we were on the train ride, Dharmish, went to the store for us! Absolutely the BEST! ~ Shannon N

Dharmesh was amazing to work with. From the start Dharmesh’s goal was to make this a memorable amazing experience for my daughter and her friends who are going to senior prom. This is Ken. My wife Barbara and I took an Exec Rides AZ limo from a Hotel in Flagstaff to the airport in Phoenix. Tim, our driver, was so nice and Professional all along the two and a half hour trip. The limo was very comfortable and spacious. Tim provided us with water and our own temperature control. This Limo company came with a beautiful clean Mercedes-Benz and cost over $100 less than other reputable limo companies. Darmish came early in the morning was on time and was an excellent driver.
